"담을술공방 (@_dameul_)" crafts traditional rice soju using a copper pot still and atmospheric distillation.
They are also the only company in Korea that produces aging earthenware jars—an indication of their commitment to the aging process.
So, what happens when you age their soju in oak barrels?

The soju from Dameul was stored in a warehouse at around 15°C and 65% humidity, maturing in oak barrels under optimal conditions.
