WILLOW EQUINOX – SPRING EDITION is the core range of our collection, crafted by maturing premium rice soju, distilled at Damul Distillery in Chungju, in the finest imported oak casks.
Our rice soju, pot-distilled in German copper stills, develops a deep and refined complexity through patient aging.
Experience bold notes of grape, roasted nurungji, and dark nuances of coffee and chocolate, balanced by tropical hints of mango. A touch of peppery spice, gentle tannins from nuts, and layers of caramel, vanilla, and delicate fermentation round out the finish.
